Access options to VOS Community forum

Harmonic’s VOS Community forum is the #1 resource for everything to do with VOS. All articles and public discussions are available to everyone to review, there is no need to log-in in order to read and review public material.

In order to contribute to the community, meaning ask a question, participate in a discussion and create your own thread, a log-in is required.

For individuals who wish to contribute to the community there is a couple of available options:

Harmonic VOS customers:

Harmonic VOS customers are individuals already in possession of Harmonic ID.
Harmonic ID is granted to customers on-boarding one of our offerings (VOS 360 or / and VOS Cloud) allowing access to Harmonic VOS Hub.

For customers in possession with Harmonic ID, access to the community from Hub support tab is available with SSO (single sign on).
In the case a direct access, Select Harmonic ID in in the sign-in page and use your Harmonic ID to gain access.


Visitors:

Visitors can be Harmonic customers who do not have Harmonic ID, or visitors who are not customers who wish to learn more about our offerings, partners who wish to integrate with our products and individuals who wish to learn more about Video Cloud infrastructure. 
For visitors who want to join the community have two options;

1. Log-in with Private or Corporate email (preferred)
  • Select "Get Satisfaction" from the sign-in screen, place you email address of choice and pick a password.
2. Log-in with Google ID (gmail account)
  • Select "Sign in with Google", in which case you will be directed to a Google sign in page to complete the process. 

Either path will grant you the ability to start contributing content.
